CLAMP in 3D Land
OVERVIEW:
CLAMP in 3D Land are a series of small plastic figures made by Movic that are released in sets, with each set containing five characters from different CLAMP stories.
Also known as gashapon, capsule toys, or trading figures, the idea is similar to trading cards, where you don't know exactly which cards come in a pack. Same thing with a box from a set - you can't tell which character figure you are going to get. Therefore, unless you buy a complete five piece set, you will likely end up with duplicates if you buy a couple of individual boxes, and will need to trade to complete your set.
One figure\box ranges from $5-$7 US, and a full set (all 5 figures) range in price from $25-$40 US. Newer sets can be ordered from toy retailers or found online. Earlier sets are more difficult to find, so you can try the CLAMP Fan aStore (Amazon.com), ebay or an anime convention's dealer's room.
